Refunds are available for items purchased directly from Bagalito Enterprises, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must accompany the return.
- The request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Gift cards, digital/downloadable products, and software with opened or tampered packaging.
3. Credit Card Payments and Fees
For items paid using a credit card, whether purchased online or in-store, the following fees apply:
- A 4% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing fees and restocking costs.
- These fees are non-refundable and apply to all eligible returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at sales@bagalito.com with your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos for defective items).
- If your request is approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued, along with instructions for returning the item.
- Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the return package.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
5. Refund Timeline
Upon receiving the returned item, Bagalito Enterprises will inspect it to verify compliance with the refund policy.
- Customers will be notified of refund approval or rejection within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or full refund.
- Notify Bagalito Enterprises within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging to expedite the resolution process.
- Approved claims will include a refund of return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations and Order Modifications
- Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment.
